Chocolate Mousse Pots

Desserts don't always have to be unhealthy! Try this delicious chocolate mousse recipe!

Ingredients
 75 g dark chocolate/chocolate of your choice
 4 tbsp Low Fat Yogurt
 2 Large Egg Whites
 2 tsp Caster Sugar
 350 g Berries (you choose!)

Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn’t directly touch the water.

Once melted, allow to cool for 5-10 minutes then stir in the yogurt.

In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites until stiff, then whisk in the sugar and beat until stiff again.

Loosen the chocolate mixture with a spoonful of egg white then carefully fold in the rest of the egg white mixture, keeping as much air in the mixture as possible

Put chosen berries into containers, then divide mousses on top.

Chill in the fridge until set.
