Easy Rice Krispie Buns

Easy, delicious, rice krispie buns...go on give it a go!

 150 g Chocolate of your choice
 100 g Butter
 100 g Rice Krispies
 4 tbsp Golden Syrup

Break into small squares your chocolate of choice and add to a heatproof bowl.

Mix in your butter and golden syrup.

Gently melt your mix in the microwave (we recommend intervals!) or alternatively you can place your bowl over a pan of bowling water, ensuring you don’t touch the water.

Begin to stir until smooth and all ingredients are melted.

Remove from the heat, add in your Rice Krispies, and stir together until everything is coated in chocolate (yum!)

Divide your mixture into cupcake cases and pop them in the fridge and leave for a few hours to until they set.

Decorate them with melted chocolate, sprinkles, or any toppings of choice.

Rice Krispie Buns, if kept in an airtight container will stay fresh for up to 5 days.
