Pancake Tuesday is fast approaching, so here you go - the perfect pancake recipe. Yes, we said it!
Sift the flour, baking powder and caster sugar into a bowl.
In a separate bowl, lightly whisk together the milk and egg and then whisk in the melted butter.
Pour the milk into the flour mixture and beat using a fork until the batter becomes smooth.
Then heat a non-stick frying pan and add in a cube of butter.
When the butter has melted add a ladle of batter into the pan.
Wait until you see bubbles start to appear on top of the pancake and then flip it and cook until both sides are a golden brown colour.
Repeat until all the batter has been used.
Add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
