Ingredients
 3 Kinder Buenos
 300 g Kinder Chocolate (sliced)
 125 g Unsalted Butter
 ½ tsp Salt
 100 g Light Brown Sugar
 ½ tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
 75 g White Granulated Sugar
 5 ½ tsp Baking Powder
 1 Egg
 300 g Plain Flour
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Add the butter, light brown sugar and white granulated sugar to a bowl and beat until creamy.

Then add in the egg and vanilla extract and beat.

Once combined - add in the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt, and beat until the mixture resembles cookie dough.

Add in the kinder chocolate and beat until it is evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough.

Then split the mixture into 12 and roll into small balls.

Put the cookie dough balls into the freezer for at least 30 minutes or the fridge for around 1 hour.

Preheat your oven to 180/200°C.

Place cookie dough balls onto two lined baking trays – ensure to not place them too close together.

Bake in the oven for around 10 minutes.

Cut Kinder Bueno bars in half while you wait (you should have 12 halves).

Once the cookies come out of the oven push the Kinder Buenos into each one and then leave the cookies to cool for around 30 minutes.
