Marshmallow Squares

Grease your chosen baking tin.

In a saucepan - add 200g marshmallows, alongside butter and vanilla extract.

Place on medium heat and cook until all marshmallows are melted.

Then roughly slice the remaining marshmallows.

Mix the Rice Krispies into the marshmallow mixture and then stir in the extra sliced marshmallows.

Spoon the mixture into your greased baking tin and press down with the back of a spoon, ensuring it is all flat and even.

Allow to cool in the tin, then cut into squares and serve.

If you want to go the extra mile, you could decorate them with melted chocolate or sweets/chocolate of your choice.

P.S They Will keep in an airtight container for up to a week…if you can make them last that long!
