Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients
 1 tsp Peanut butter/Almond butter/Nutella/Biscoff spread…you choose!
 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon (optional)
 50 g Fruit of your choice
 2 tbsp Natural Yogurt
 50 g Rolled porridge oats
 Drizzle of Honey - optional
 100 ml Water/milk/almond milk - your choice
 Protein Powder - if this is your thing!

The night before in your chosen container add in the oats, 100ml of water or milk and cinnamon (optional).

Place in the fridge overnight.

Then top with your yogurt, chosen fruit, your chosen spread and enjoy!
