Grab the chips from your freezer and create a take away favourite - Salt 'n' Chilli Chips. Mix the spices and veg together and add the chips.

Salt 'n' Chilli Chips

Salt 'n' Chilli Seasoning
 1 tbsp Salt
 ¾ tbsp Sugar
 ½ tsp Chinese Five Spice
 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
 ¼ tsp White Pepper
 ¼ tsp Black Pepper
 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
Salt 'n' Chilli Chips
 1 Bag Oven Chips
 2 Fresh Chillies
 1 Onion
 1 Pepper
 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
 ½ tbsp Soy Sauce

Preheat oven according to direction on oven chips packet.

In a small dish, mix the ingredients for the salt 'n' chilli seasoning and set aside. Once oven is heated place chips on a tray and place in the oven.

In the meantime, chop the chillies, onion and peppers and set aside until needed.

10 minutes before the chips are finished, heat up the oil in a non stick frying pan and place on a high heat. Add chilli, peppers and onion in the pan and fry until they begin to caramelise.

Add the salt 'n' chilli seasoning mix and coat the vegetables with it for a further minute. When they have been coated add the soy sauce to the pan.

Remove the chips from the oven and place in the pan. Stir chips and make sure they are coated with the spice mix for maximum taste. Serve once satisfied chips have been thoroughly coated.
